I'm an activist, a writer, a dreamer and a seeker.

I work as a freelance writer and community activist.

I've been blessed to have worked in many different areas over the years: in the media- mostly newspapers, as a graphic designer, with young people as a tutor and mentor,  as a project manager in sustainable community development. I've also run a number of events and played in bands.

I've been on an active intentional spiritual path for over a decade now, and this has significantly influenced my work and life choices - and catalysed a whole lot of growth!

As a child who questioned the status quo, was passionate about social justice and free speech and was not competitive, hierachal, materialist or “a conformist”, life within “the system” was not easy.

As I became more confident to follow my heart and my intuition amazing opportunities opened up in my life. After a major spontaneous spiritual awakening in my late 20s my life completely changed forever, and I committed myself to serving love.

And what a journey!!

As I walk the path, and open more and more, let go of more and more, peel off my scabs, expose my wounds, face my fears, bare my soul…. die over and over again….. cry, laugh, sleep, sing… and do it all over again, I grow my ability to act with love, think with love, see love in everything. It's been the hardest, most beautiful, paradoxical, challenging, painful, illuminating, joyous most all encompassing-undertaking of my life… it has become my conscious life's work. My great work.

I can not align with or support in any way the prevailling power and control dominated social models.

I choose to live and work in a way, that is soulful, empowering and life enhancing, aligns with my values of integrity, honesty, tolerance and compassion, recognises the inherent value of all beings.

I am dedicated to the collective work of growing individual and collective wellbeing through loving communication, information, participation,  and building strong networks of connectivity and support.

I'm passionate about people, community, the environment and our potential to work together in harmony with each other and our earth. I believe what we can dream we can create, and I love seeing dreams and ideas manifesting. I love connecting with people on a heart level and am constantly humbled by the magnificence all around me.
